Announcement!

We are happy and pleased to announce that Veritas Tankers has entered into an agreement to acquire two vessels from Tarbit Tankers BV, “Bit Wind” & “Bit Wave”. The transfer of ownership is scheduled to take place in June 2025.

The new names will be “Astana” & “Astella” During a transitional phase, Tarbit Tanker Services BV will perform the crew and technical management of the vessels. Both ships will continue to operate under the Dutch flag for a limited period following the takeover.

We are extremely pleased that Veritas Tankers has taken this step to secure the future of the company.
